After the review is complete we provide you (The Tenant) with a list of all key dates which are
important to remember, such as when should you notify Landlord of your intention to extend the term
(renew the lease) or when is the rent scheduled to increase.
Secondly we examine the operating expenses clause and compare the allowable pass-
with the actual billing. If an itemized list is not available we request it from Landlord.
This review allows you to know your lease and your rights as a Tenant and help you verify that
you are not overpaying in rent, or forget important deadlines.
Remember Landlord”s only concern is to maximize revenues from the property, nothing less.
